Bio
James Harris CeMAP, CeRER
With seven years of experience as a mortgage adviser, James brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his role. Prior to becoming a mortgage adviser, he worked as an estate agent and for Nationwide, giving him a broad understanding of the property and financial sectors. James holds both the CeMAP qualification and CeRER, the latter of which he pursued out of personal interest and as a challenge to himself during lockdown while furloughed.
James takes great pride in achieving the best customer outcomes, ensuring that each client fully understands their options and feels confident that they are making the best choices for their situation. His meticulous approach to research and unwavering focus on putting the customer at the centre of everything he does sets him apart in the industry.
Outside of work, James enjoys playing rugby for his local team, and cherishes spending time with his wife Jo, daughter Bethany, and their two Springer Spaniels in the countryside. He is passionate about their newly started orchard, which is still very much a work in progress. With nearly 20 years of rugby experience, James has played every position on the pitch at senior level, a result of his tendency to never turn down a challenge. He approaches life with the same enthusiasm and commitment, recently taking up fly fishing after just one outing, eager to learn new skills.
